Private Classes - Grandmaster Helio Gracie stated that private classes were the most effective way to learn how to defend yourself. Private classes are available any time not scheduled for a group class. Each class is tailored specifically to the needs of the individual student and each class builds on the previous one to help you improve your skills in the most efficient way possible.

Class Descriptions

Kids Class

This class is the starting point for all kids. The main focus of this class is on helping the kids to gain confidence through the practice of self defense skills in a fun and safe environment. Classes include physical fitness, coordination, defending against strikes, takedowns, ground grappling techniques, and games.

Gi / No Gi Techniques 

The Royce Gracie network fundamentals program is specifically designed to provide students with the proper introduction to the most important techniques in the Gracie Jiu Jitsu self defense system. Classes included standing self defense, striking techniques, takedowns, grappling techniques, and submission holds. This is the ONLY fundamentals program personally approved by Grandmaster Helio Gracie and Master Royce Gracie.

Gi / No Gi Sparring 

Sparring classes allow students to use the techniques they have learned against a resisting opponent. Sparring classes focus on developing real world self defense skills in a safe and controlled environment.

Drilling Class 

Drilling class is the perfect opportunity to refine your technique through repetition. This is where you will develop your "muscle memory," allowing you to react instantly in a situation, without wasting time having to think through the steps of a move. Drilling is a fantastic workout and an important part of reaching the higher ranks in jiu jitsu.
